Your boards are built at vetted partner factories in China. The figures below come from the production lines I work with; exact limits for your design are confirmed during the free DFM check.

PCB assembly (PCBA)
Assembly capabilities depend on the assembly partner matched to your job and are confirmed per quote.
SMT & through-hole
Surface-mount and through-hole assembly, including post-soldering of connectors and odd-form parts.
Turnkey or consigned
I source all parts, or you ship your own parts or a partial kit. The BOM is checked either way.
Inspection
Bare-board AOI and electrical test, then assembly inspection. Functional testing is possible to your test procedure.

Files for an accurate quote
- Gerber RS-274X (zip) including drill files, or your Altium/KiCad project
- Stack-up, board thickness, copper weight, finish and mask colour (if specified)
- For PCBA: BOM (xlsx/csv) with manufacturer part numbers, plus pick-and-place / centroid file
- No production files yet? Send your design project or schematic and I'll prepare them (see production files)
