I'm Ye Huanli, a PCB engineer based in Shenzhen. For more than 10 years I've worked hands-on with PCB layout and with the fabrication and assembly processes that turn a layout into a working board: production files, stack-ups, drilling, plating, solder mask, SMT and soldering.
My company, Shenzhen Yipin Zhuoyan Electronics Co., Ltd. (深圳市亿品卓研电子有限公司), was founded in 2013 in Shajing, Bao'an, one of Shenzhen's electronics manufacturing districts. We take PCB fabrication and PCB assembly (PCBA) orders, prepare PCB production files for customers, and build boards at a group of vetted partner factories in China.
Because I know every step, you can hand me whichever part of the job you need: only the production files, only the bare boards, assembly with your own parts, or the whole thing from Gerber and BOM to boards at your door. A partner network lets each job go to the line that suits it, from a few prototypes to a multilayer production run. My job is the engineering in between: checking your files, catching problems before production, sourcing parts, choosing the right factory, checking quality and keeping you informed in plain English.
What I'm strongest at is layout and manufacturing. I work from your circuit design rather than designing new circuits, so the responsibility for the electronics stays clear.
